🌌 Clouds In Motion is a collection of 64 atmospheric arp presets for KORG microKORG 2, exploring a wide range of rhythmic patterns, ambient textures, and evolving sonic landscapes.
🎆 The bank combines soft, drifting arps, spacious ambient textures, rhythmic noise elements, and brighter melodic patterns. From calm and dreamy atmospheres to more dynamic, energetic arps, the collection offers plenty of variety while maintaining an atmospheric character.
🎛️ The presets feature different rhythmic variations, subtle noise elements, and evolving textures that bring movement and depth to your sound. ModWheel introduces additional tonal variation and movement.
🎹 Perfect for Ambient, IDM, Electronica, Downtempo, Experimental, Cinematic, and atmospheric sound design. Great for creating evolving musical ideas, adding movement to tracks, and building immersive soundscapes for films and visual media.
💡 To import the patches, connect the MicroKorg 2 to your computer via USB and set the synthesizer to USB Mass Storage mode (press and hold the Function 1 button while powering on the unit—this is the left/first button below the display).
The storage contains a "programs" folder. Locate the user presets—their names start with the letter "U". Delete all 64 user presets: from U_A1 to U_H8 (or back them up to a folder on your computer).
Copy the files from the "programs" folder in the downloaded soundset and paste them into the "programs" folder in the Mass Storage.
Once completed, eject the USB drive and exit USB Mass Storage mode (Function 5 button).
The synthesizer will restart automatically.
‼️ Compatible with Microkorg 2 only. Not compatible with the original Microkorg 1.
