The bundle includes two Moog DFAM soundsets: Techno Generator (50 Patches) and Modular Grooves (50 Patches).
It doesn't include combo-patches with other Moog synths.
"Techno Generator" is a collection of 50 patches: 15 Basses, 15 Leads, 15 Percs, and 5 Generative patches.
Though the title includes "Techno," the patches can be used across a wide variety of genres. Techno is simply the first thing that comes to my mind when I tweak and listen to the DFAM. The analog richness, experimental textures, massive basses, vivid leads, quirky sequences, electronic drums, and generative patches work well not only in techno—they will enhance any track where quality sound design is appreciated.
«Modular Grooves» is a collection of 50 patches: 17 Percs/Drums, 16 Basses, 17 Synths. It is dedicated to the modular vibe, loved for its analog warm sound, experimental attitude, rich opportunities, unique features and tones, and inspirational workflow.
The presets feature various colors: warm, noisy, detuned, distorted, as well as mild, clean, soft, punchy, dark, bright, deep, and airy.
Some timbres are great to play the first role in tracks or jams, while others will work perfectly as additional parts.
📔 The soundsets are presented in PDF format. Each page contains notes explaining how the patch works, which parameters are worth tweaking during playback, and how to develop the timbre during a performance. By following these notes and making conscious adjustments, you can explore the depth of the synth.
💽 Each patch includes an audio example, demonstrating how it's supposed to sound.
In my videos, I used drums and pads to accompany the patches + a bit of reverb/delay, so you may hear the timbres in a kind of realistic situations. Audio examples in the catalog are dry and without other instruments.
